Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Punctual with reliable attendance Day-to-day duties: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay Meals and transport allowance provided.
