We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Calhoun County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs You should have: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
