Dogger wanted in Muskegon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dogger in Muskegon County, Michigan. Day to day you will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; read lift plans and method statements before starting; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather 6+ years on the tools preferred.
