Now hiring: RCC mason (South Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a RCC mason in Oglala Lakota County, South Dakota. The job is at an infrastructure site. Day-to-day duties: • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing What we are looking for: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works 5+ years on the tools preferred.
