Elevator service technician • Muskegon County, Michigan

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Muskegon County, Michigan. The job is in a residential tower block. Your main tasks: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Full-time with occasional weekends.
