Urgent requirement: site carpenter (Alaska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site carpenter in Nome Census Area, Alaska. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. Requirements: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Own basic hand tools • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience On the job you will handle: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
