Press setter operator wanted in Iowa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press setter operator in Iowa County, Wisconsin. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. On a typical shift you will clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; record output and downtime on the production sheet. You should have: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
