Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety marshal in Clay County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot 4+ years on the tools preferred.
