Day to day you will collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off. Ideal candidate: • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Valid two-wheeler driving licence Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
