Powder coating line operator wanted in Le Sueur County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Le Sueur County, Minnesota. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
