Civil works labourer — Columbia County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a road and bridge project. The role involves load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site. You should have: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
