Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
