Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Colbert County, Alabama. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code On the job you will handle: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Load and index turning tools in the turret At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
