Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Amelia County, Virginia. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time, day shift. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
