Vacancy available: health and safety supervisor (Washington)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Mason County, Washington. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training The role involves: • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates Full-time with occasional weekends.
