Concrete shuttering carpenter — Dubois County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Dubois County, Indiana. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On a typical shift you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $210 per day plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
