Baker — Tuscaloosa County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time, day shift.
