Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Calhoun County, Arkansas. You will be based in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
