Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Cottonwood County, Minnesota. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
