Immediate opening: brickwork mason (New York)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Hamilton County, New York. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Day-to-day duties: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser 3+ years on the tools preferred.
