Steel erection rigger • Mani, Katsina State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Mani, Katsina State. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites 4+ years on the tools preferred.
