The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 3+ years on the tools preferred.
