Great opportunity: formwork carpenter (California)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Kings County, California. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Day to day you will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
