Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Borough of Bury, England. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
