Finishing presser — Pike County

Now hiring: we are hiring a finishing presser in Pike County, Arkansas. The job is at a garment factory. On a typical shift you will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
