We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Pulaski County, Virginia. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Requirements: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols The role involves: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec Six days a week, one day off.
