Aluminium tig welder — Philadelphia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Your main tasks: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
