Rebar fixer wanted in Jega

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Jega, Kebbi State. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. Day to day you will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. You should have: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Full-time with occasional weekends.
