Final inspection operator wanted in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region

Now hiring: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. Day-to-day duties: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
