Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Montgomery County, Kentucky. You will work on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape.
