Tandoor cook — Dubois County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Dubois County, Indiana. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Meals and transport allowance provided.
