Great opportunity: aluminium installer (England)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium installer in Gateshead, England. The role involves crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads. You should have: • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer £2,450 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
