Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Carmarthenshire, Wales. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Six days a week, one day off.
