Immediate opening: AC and fridge repair technician (Illinois)

Join our team: we are hiring an AC and fridge repair technician in Henry County, Illinois. You will work at a busy refrigeration workshop. On the job you will handle: • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system What we are looking for: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade 3+ years on the tools preferred.
