Crane rigger wanted in Greenup County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane rigger in Greenup County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy construction site. The role involves: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area Requirements: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear 4+ years on the tools preferred.
