Refrigeration technician — Macon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Macon County, Tennessee. You will work at a food processing plant. Your main tasks: • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
