Immediate opening: production line helper (New York)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production line helper in Cattaraugus County, New York. On a typical shift you will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of tools and components • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
