Powder coating sprayer • Minnehaha County, South Dakota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. You will work on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
