Deboner — Sheridan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Sheridan County, North Dakota. You will work at a halal meat counter. Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
