Body shop technician wanted in Buckingham County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a body shop technician in Buckingham County, Virginia. The role involves: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
