Great opportunity: PVC window fabricator (Scotland)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Highland, Scotland. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings On the job you will handle: • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
