Immediate opening: sausage maker (Wisconsin)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Door County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
