Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing On a typical shift you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish.
