Great opportunity: stainless steel welder (Missouri)

Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Marion County, Missouri. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. On a typical shift you will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. What we are looking for: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
