Your main tasks: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing 2+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
