Finish carpenter — Polk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Polk County, North Carolina. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience You will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
