Bar bender and fixer wanted in Faribault County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Faribault County, Minnesota. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire You will bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
