Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Wake County, North Carolina. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
