Immediate opening: grill cook (Wisconsin)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Menominee County, Wisconsin. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
