Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Polk County, Georgia. The job is at a busy refrigeration workshop. Your main tasks: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves You should have: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
